The exchange rate is locked in at the moment the request is created. Before sending your transfer, please carefully verify the payment details and review the rules for cryptocurrency transactions in advance.

Requests are processed in a semi-automated mode. During business hours, most transactions are processed routinely, with an estimated completion time of 120–240 minutes. Processing times may be longer for certain requests during evening and night hours.

Exchange transactions involving the purchase of euros are usually completed within a few hours. However, the maximum guaranteed timeframe for completing a request is 24 hours.
🏦 Additional bank verification
In certain cases, a European bank may request or conduct an additional compliance check on the transfer—whether incoming or outgoing.
⏳ Potential verification timeframes
Standard bank verification typically takes 1 to 3 business days. If the bank conducts a more in-depth review of the transaction, this period may extend to 10–14 business days. These timeframes are determined solely by the bank and are beyond our service's control.
