🛡️ Transaction Verification and Security
For security purposes, every transaction undergoes AML screening. If a request requires additional confirmation or clarification of details, we will notify you and guide you on the next steps. Our team is experienced in handling such checks and assists clients in completing them smoothly, ensuring minimal delays and providing support at every stage.
📌 Transparent and Clear Exchange Terms
Since cryptocurrency prices can fluctuate rapidly, the final exchange rate is determined only after funds have actually been received in our account. Before sending a transfer, please carefully verify the payment details and familiarize yourself with the rules governing cryptocurrency transactions.
🔄 Order Processing
Orders are processed in a semi-automated mode. During business hours, most transactions are processed routinely, with an estimated completion time of 120–240 minutes. Processing times may be longer for certain orders during evening and night hours.
👥 Support Throughout the Transaction
We guide clients through the exchange process and strive to find balanced solutions for any non-standard situations. Should any issues arise, we review them on a case-by-case basis and aim to resolve matters fairly, calmly, and with the utmost regard for the client's interests.
📞 Consultation and Support Assistance
If you have questions regarding your order, exchange terms, or the current status of a transaction, please contact our support team. We will provide up-to-date information and help clarify the situation. Inquiries are handled daily from 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM (midnight) Kyiv time.
💶 Euro purchase requests
Exchange transactions involving the purchase of euros are usually completed within a few hours. However, the maximum guaranteed timeframe for completing a request is 24 hours.
🏦 Additional bank verification
In certain cases, a European bank may request or conduct an additional compliance check on the transfer—whether incoming or outgoing.
⏳ Potential verification timeframes
Standard bank verification typically takes 1 to 3 business days. If the bank conducts a more in-depth review of the transaction, this period may extend to 10–14 business days. These timeframes are determined solely by the bank and are beyond our service's control.
🤝 Support and updates
We support the client throughout the entire transaction process, monitoring the transfer status and providing timely updates on any changes.
