🛡️ Transaction Verification and Security
For security purposes, every transaction undergoes AML screening. If a request requires additional confirmation or clarification of details, we will notify you and guide you on the next steps. Our team is experienced in handling such checks and assists clients in completing them smoothly, ensuring minimal delays and providing support at every stage.
📌 Fair and Transparent Exchange Terms
The exchange rate is locked in at the moment the request is created. Before sending your transfer, please carefully verify the payment details and review the rules for cryptocurrency transactions in advance.
🔄 Request Processing Procedure
Requests are processed in a semi-automated mode. During business hours, most transactions are processed routinely, with an estimated completion time of 120–240 minutes. Processing times may be longer for certain requests during evening and night hours.
👥 Support Throughout the Transaction
We guide clients through the exchange process and strive to find balanced solutions for any non-standard situations. Should any issues arise, we review them individually and aim to resolve matters fairly, calmly, and with the utmost regard for the client's interests.
