Because cryptocurrency prices can fluctuate rapidly, the final exchange rate is determined only once the funds have been successfully received in our account. Before initiating a transfer, please carefully verify the payment details and review our rules for cryptocurrency transactions.

Exchange rates are based on data from the Binance exchange; the service fee is already included in the exchange rate.
💶 Euro purchase requests
Exchange transactions involving the purchase of euros are usually completed within a few hours. However, the maximum guaranteed timeframe for completing a request is 24 hours.
🏦 Additional bank verification
In certain cases, a European bank may request or conduct an additional compliance check on the transfer—whether incoming or outgoing.
⏳ Potential verification timeframes
Standard bank verification typically takes 1 to 3 business days. If the bank conducts a more in-depth review of the transaction, this period may extend to 10–14 business days. These timeframes are determined solely by the bank and are beyond our service's control.
