Exchange Rules
🛡️ Transaction Security Monitoring
Every transaction undergoes AML (Anti-Money Laundering) screening. Should a transaction require additional verification, we will notify you and guide you through each step of the process. Our team is experienced in handling such situations and will provide the necessary support to ensure the verification is completed correctly and without unnecessary delays.
📌 Fair and Transparent Exchange Terms
Because cryptocurrency prices can fluctuate rapidly, the final exchange rate is determined only once the funds have been successfully received in our account. Before initiating a transfer, please carefully verify the payment details and review our rules for cryptocurrency transactions.
👥 Support Throughout the Entire Process
We provide full support to our clients throughout the exchange process and strive to find balanced solutions for any non-standard situations. Should any issues arise, we address them on an individual basis, aiming for a fair and calm resolution that prioritizes the client's interests.
📞 Consultation and Customer Support
If you have any questions regarding your request, the exchange terms, or the current status of your transaction, please contact our support team. We will provide you with up-to-date information and help clarify the situation. Support requests are handled daily from 08:00 to 00:00 (Kyiv time).
Required number of network confirmations: 600
Exchange rates are based on data from the Binance exchange; the service fee is already included in the exchange rate.
💶 Euro purchase requests
Exchange transactions involving the purchase of euros are usually completed within a few hours. However, the maximum guaranteed timeframe for completing a request is 24 hours.
🏦 Additional bank verification
In certain cases, a European bank may request or conduct an additional compliance check on the transfer—whether incoming or outgoing.
⏳ Potential verification timeframes
Standard bank verification typically takes 1 to 3 business days. If the bank conducts a more in-depth review of the transaction, this period may extend to 10–14 business days. These timeframes are determined solely by the bank and are beyond our service's control.
🤝 Support and updates
We support the client throughout the entire transaction process, monitoring the transfer status and providing timely updates on any changes.
